Well it's somewhat true bethesda has already 2 more DLC planned for skyrim which may contain hammerfall and the backstory on the Dwemer.

New weapons like... idk, REAL freakin spears? I must admit Dragonborn had me pretty excited when they mentioned them, but I never expected them to be arrows for the player instead. Not sure why they didn't include them if the animations and other assets were already done.
