Anyone got a complete modlist so I can make "realistic" sexy looking Sims? 

 

Need everything from face, body, boobs, ass, feet etc.

Haven't really seen a complete list as most of us have our own idea of what we like or what looks most realistic.

And there are hundreds of cc content which most of us have tried out many and settled on the ones we each prefer.

The old saying 'taste is subjective' is still a 'cheesy' but valid saying.

 

I'd start with the basics and add things as you find them.

Wicked Whims + Animations

Wild Guy's Female Body Details (Adds better female nipples and pubic hair to CAS)

Simdulgence Real Gens Penis (many different size penis to choose from)

Basemental Drugs (And Alcohol) 

MC Command Center (too many features to list)

No Glo & No Blu (Helps tone down the cartoon like game colors) 

(Some mods are utilities that help with controlling game things and editing sims on the fly) 

 

Then Google for Sims 4 Hairstyles, Makeup, Nails, Eyes/Contacts, Clothing, Skin Overlays, etc.

You will find tons of cc to choose from.

Put each cc download into their own category, and script mods in their own named folders, in your Mods like:

Mods/Hairstyles

Mods/Nails

Mods/Jewelry

Mods/Makeup

Mods/Wicked

Mods/MCCC

Mods/Basemental

etc.
