black holes I get small holes in my body when I wear clothes :(

I discovered this today , when I wear a panty-style armor, as you can see in the photo, a hole is formed, I don't know what this is from , but I'll also add the list of all my mods, it could be because of conflict or a wrong setup, and I believe you will find this , please help me , thanks  

I should also add , this hole only happens when I am wearing clothes , i did not encounter any problems when I was naked ..

I don't know much about the subject but that (I think) is not a hole. It is a texture from the vagina or anus. Something is amiss with your HDT set up.

 

Something like this.

 

Look at your HDT clothes, armours, hairs etc.
