Nice job at creating this mod for the game, and all it took was a Cheat Engine table, Cheat Engine, and Resorep to get the textures to modify Fenyx's appearance.

 

If all game modding could be this easy.   ?

Considering this requires Cheat Engine and Resorep, you are going to be waiting a long time. Until someone makes this an actual FILE based mod for the game.

 

@tekmarvl - Technically it is. Every game can use these programs. (Resorep, 3DMigoto, or even Special K) Most modders opt for actual file replacements though. As we live in an age where 3D nipples are preferred. So that requires texture AND model edits.

man...it hurts so much knowing i would never be able to play this game.... Steam was the only store offering regional pricing. In a country where $400-500 is the median salary, there is no way i can afford the gold version of this game on Uplay or Epic as neuther have regional pricing....fuck....

It means the game version is newer than the cheat table is designed to. But It still works on that version. You may have to do little trial and error to get it to work. For example you have to disable/enable Initialize couple of times or enable/disable Item hash or Quantity to get the item.

true, the script loads, but when i try to change the item hash, CE tells me that the "value could not be parsed" -.-"

 

Edit:

managed to change the hash, didnt know that the value has to be "000001CB7BE14BE6" instead of "000001CB7BE14BE6: No Armor"

 

Now, why cant i use that armor for customization? not having the armor perks is a bit of a downside

Did you pressed this button when you selected the outfit?

Also it is useful to run the game in windowed mode or have Cheat Engine running on your second screen (if you have one).

 

Note: Sometime you have to press this button multiple times to get the item.

i got the armor, but i cant use it for customization of actual armors aka making them invisible while keeping their perks active. when customizing, this particular armor does not show up (ironic, the invisible armor is actually invisible  )

So, you have the armor in your inventory but the character is invisible or you can't select armor? If that is the case, I have know idea how to fix that.

Or did you not get the armor in your inventory?  Because then you have screw around with Cheat Engine.

Maybe send a screenshot?

I got the Cheat Engine part to work a while back for the underwear model. I can't get the textures to work through Resorep though. I was able to follow all the instructions (thanks for all that, btw) I have the Epic Games version. Does that matter? Or that I had given myself the "no armor" before adding the textures? Any other ideas?

It is possible that the Epic game version is a different build and Resorep act different on it. 
I have te feeling that te texture names are wrong for the Epic game version. Now I'm not 100% sure but you can check it out for your self.

 

So what you can try is to find the correct texture names and share it with us. So I can update the patch for the Epic game users.
This will take some time and you need to have like 2/3 gig of hard drive available.

 

1. Launch resorep.jar 
2. Go to Advanced settings
3. Turn on Enable mod creator mode
4. Turn on Save original textures to
5. Set a path where the te textures can be saved. The default is "C:\Users\MyUserName\Documents\Resorep\original" if you are fine with that.
6. Now Launch the game and play it for a minute or 2. 
7. Close the game
8. Download this program https://www.xnview.com/en/ so that you can look at the .dds files
9. Go to that Saved Textures folder.
10. Now the fun part starts, you have to find the correct texture?
11. The Diffuse texture are located in this folder DXGI_FORMAT_BC1_UNORM_SRGB
12. And the Normal (blue colored) Texture are located in this folder DXGI_FORMAT_BC7_UNORM
13. There are 3 textures for diffuse and normal so 6 in total and they have a different size.
14. Just look at the textures that I made (the one you put in the C:\Users\MyUserName\Documents\Resorep\modded folder) and just find the same texture.
15. If you find them give them the correct file name in the modded folder.

Tip: For fast finding the textures just compare the file size of the my mod textures and your saved textures.

Don't forget to disable mod creator mode in Advanced settings when your done with this.

The Gold Edition there is currently Out of stock, but you may want to try again at a later time.

I really appreciate the mod you made for Immortals: Fenyx Rising.

 

I wanted to give you a little suggestion to add to your instructions in your PDF, the part where in Cheat Engine you select the No Armor (item selection code), step 14.

That part was a little confusing at first, because the image in your PDF led me to believe that I had to manually change the value from the default Blue Adamantine Shard, to the code selection item value of the No Armor. So, that is exactly what I started to do, by entering in the value for the No Armor into the Change value to: (text field), and then I clicked on the OK button, but the selection item code value wouldn't register within Cheat Engine.

 

I had completely missed seeing the drop down when I had clicked on the Blue Adamantine Shard from Item Hash.  ?  Oooops.

So I went back to that, clicked on the drop down, and then scrolled all the way down to the very last entry in the Item Code Selection List, which was for the No Armor, and selected it, and then click on the OK button.

 

Clicking on the box next to Give Item, does not enable it, and gives the false impression that the Cheat Table isn't working for the current Cheat Engine, but I soon discovered this wasn't the case at all, because all you need to do is just click on Give item, don't click the check box next to it. I repeat, all you need to do is just click on Give Item, then Alt + Tab key back to the game, go to your Inventory, go to Armor, and select the Empty Square that you should see there now, and equip it, and Boom.... you now have the No Armor equipped!

 

I think that this would help out others who may have had the same experience as I had at first.

 

Also, if anyone gets a message that pops up when loading the Cheat Engine Table for the No Armor, that says something similar to the effect of the current Cheat Engine 7.2 not being compatible with the version of the Cheat Engine Table loaded, you can simply ignore that, as it does actually work, as I myself have confirmed.

I did some small fixes:

• Inverted the normal under the her boob area to remove the weird shadows
• Removed some left overs from her bra on her back in the normal map
• Added a haired and GOW skins
• Updated the ReadMe
• Updated the ImmortalsFenyxRising.CT with the new version orp-tu5-v1.0.5939002

If you already have te mod installed, just replace the textures files with the new one in your "C:\Users\[MyUserName]\Documents\Resorep\modded" folder.

At the moment it is not possible. I'm waiting for the Blacksmith tool to get support for Immortals: Fenyx Rising. Maybe I can do more modifications to the game after that. But no guarantee if that will work.

Thank you for improving and updating your mod for the "No Armor."

 

Does this mean that I will have to get the New Cheat Engine Table as well, or can I just use the New Textures for Resorep and apply that?

 

I did not mind the slight tan lines on your prior mod, or the shadows under the breasts, in my opinion it added some definition and highlight to it.

 

If you are taking any suggestions in terms of what to add next to your mod, would it be possible to add something like Mystic Rune Markings in the form of a Tattoo on the arm, leg, or back? I think that would look interesting.

 

Also, I took some in-game screenshots of your mod if you are interested in taking a look. I also discovered, that once you apply the No Armor mod with Cheat Engine, you don't need to be running Cheat Engine again, because once it's added to your inventory (which will appear as a highlighted empty box / square), you can do a Manual Save, and it will be permanently hooked.
