Is there any ways to track down which sims that your sims already had sex with.

Unfortunately No.

But you can click on any sim, select Wicked, Personalization, Statistics

It will only list general stats like how many times, how many partners, had climax, satisfied, etc.

Married sims will always show as having sex with a base of 1 partner, being their spouse of course.

But they will also usually show 0 for the # of times had sex, unless you actually see them both doing it together, doing it with another, or did it with your sim.
