Body Textures not Loading

If anyone could give me some advice, it would be appreciated.

 

1. I'm having this issue with the neck colour differing from the body colour, Just wondering some potential fixes.

 

i've tried installing different skin textures to fix this but the do not show up,

 

which is the next problem; 

 

2. Downloaded skin textures do not work, using TBD Body and CBBE skin textures should work with it right? 

 

Skin Textures i've tried are: Bijin Skin and Fair Skin on the nexus. 

 

Any help or ideas would certianly be appreciated!!
