Sims won't join in with other sims doing solo sex

For some time now when my male sim is doing solo sex and the other female in the same household just ignores him.

Same thing for females doing solo my male sim won't join in anymore.

But usually one will ask the other for sex long before either one can start solo anyway.

 

On lots with multiple females he always gets asked for sex instead of joining in with another solo sim already 'in progress'.

 

Far as I know all the right WW switches are set for 'joining', unless I missed something.

 

Unless it has something to do with 'timings' because WW is also set to 'Extreme Intensity'.

 

Goofy game... finally started to work but my sim stands around for 1 sim hour before he jumps on.

Locked them both in the bedroom that time.
