bug report Simple Slavery Infinite Loading

After being bought at the slave auction in Riften my game goes into an infinite loading state with just SD+ enabled, and a long loading time then crash with just Island of Mara enabled.

If you see anything that may be causing it or anything that needs to be reordered let me know, also let me know if there may be any other conflicts that may need fixed. I might try a few things like reinstalling SSPP, SD+, Island of Mara.
I use NMM v0.72.3 for installing the mods. I'm also using the old original Skyrim.
