It's a bit complicated but I'll try to explain although it may be a bit long winded.

 

The main problem with gay sex is many animations are tagged for (B)Both, meaning they can be used for both Males and Females, MF, FF, and MM.

So FF gays will use many MF animations and it's not so bad if you have a strapon mod from Azmodan22 installed.

One sim will equip a strapon for those MF animations that need them automatically.

 

However MM gays using MF animations can't be fixed so easily as you will notice more dicks on dicks animations mostly instead of normal anal animations.

 

The main way to stop this is to use WW gender settings console commands to make all sims Straight sex only.

(Keep in mind the game generates random sims later on that might be bi-sexual or gay)

WW Settings/Sex Settings/Autonomy Settings:
Autonomy Awareness: Player Sims: ON, Joining Sex: ON, Relationship Awareness: OFF,(Cheating)
Pregnancy Awareness: OFF, Sex Location Memory: ON, Sex Animation Memory: ON
Block around Children: (Your Choice)
Joining Sex Gender Compliance: ON (OFF for group sex?)
*(NEW)Joining Sex Relationship Compliance: OFF

Sex Interaction Settings:
Teen Sex Switch: ON

/Sex Progression Settings: Full Sex Progression, Player Sex Duration: Climax Finish

 

/Outfit Settings:
Sex Undressing Type: Auto 
NPC Sex Undressing Type: Auto
Auto Dress Up After Sex: ON (check both bars)
Auto Remove Strap-On: ON

 

/Advanced Sex Interaction Settings:
Sex Initiation Settings: Talk and Walk
Height Slider: OFF (Only enable if using height slider)
Adaptive Roles Reassignment: OFF (??)
Sex Location Reservations: ON

Respect Gender Preference: ON (OFF will ignore sims gender preference settings)

Talk After Sex Switch: (your choice)
Auto Silence Phone: Enabled

 

Gender Settings:
Gender Recognition Type: Default (Gender Identity/middle switch)

 

Cheats:
Always Accept: (1 Bar uses gender rules)(2 bars may ignore gender for group sex?)
Manual NPC Sex Switch: On
Change Sex Location Anywhere Switch:(ON)
Global Instant Undressing: OFF (If/when using the other WW undressing options)
/Advanced Cheats:
Sims Needs Decay: ON
Sex Relationship Impact Switch: Disable unless you want romance gains from sex acts.  
Sex Privacy Switch: OFF (ON will restrict WW autonomy to private locations only)
**All Other Sex Reaction Switches: OFF 

 

Bold indicates the most important for gender restrictions.

The thing is...for group sex and orgies sims must be bi-sexual or they won't join in.

 

Or you need to disable gender rules in WW settings.

But when you do this you will have pretty much every sim in the game 'doing it' with all genders.
