NPCs keep following and forcing dialog

I'm having a bit of a problem where some NPCs (Specifically Gerdur, Delphine and Camilla Valerius, also Faendal who is my follower, unless I get rid of him before he starts doing it) just run up to me and force me into a dialog, even though they have nothing to say.

I've tried reloading previous saves to where it wasn't happening yet, but now it's happening there too.
I've also read somewhere that maybe it could be resolved by resetting the rape scenes in Sexlab Adventure

Does anyone have an idea what the cause of this might be or how I can find out?

I remember having an issue like that. I could be wrong because it was a while ago, but I believe it was Deviously Enslaved that was giving me those issues.

 

I fixed it by disabling the follower dialogue in the MCM.

I've tried it out, but it doesn't seem to change anything.

there is some discussion on the RDO thread about forcegreets. I don't use the mod but it may be your issue.

I just tested disabling the RDO esp (and the one that depended on it), but that doesn't seem to change anything either.
