Traits category

Is it doable to have a Traits category under Sims 4 files?

Im trying to find them by search or by going through all categories but its taking for ever

Can we have them all in one place? Or at least someone help me with how to find them easier?

Not sure I understand what your looking for.

 

EA Traits are hard coded into their downloaded game files so you won't find them by searching.

Same thing for EA DLC's where some packs add new Traits.

CC Trait mods that add new Traits usually have theirs coded into the .package file/s that they include.

 

In game you really can't search for anything except for build buy mode searching.

CAS has a display for 2 or 3 main Traits and clicking on traits only opens up a menu for selection.

Trait rewards are shown in the sims Aspirations menu on lower right in game but again you can't search but only scroll down through the list.

 

Anyhow you won't find any Trait files in your Sims 4 folders because they don't exist.

 

If you add cc traits mods you can put them into a Traits folder in your Mods but that's it.

And most of them don't have individual trait files but one main file that has 10-100 Traits included.

I believe he speaks about a new download category for custom traits like they exist for sims or lots here at LL. Since the majority of custom traits like horny, nymphomanic etc. etc. are broken since the last patch it's quite painful to find updated versions when the creator is not known.

Oh, lol, thanks for the clarification.

 

Searching with web browsers for 'Sims 4 Adult Traits' doesn't produce many results either.
