Anybody give me an idea of what's wrong?  Just an example so far but sommerville place i get the green quest markers over the roaming deathclaw and reaper, but i am not able to interact with them had the same issue with Hermes.  Can't get any of them to do anything.  Can't do anything in the quests if i am not able to talk or interact in any way.
