NPC problem? Black and white soft penis on dark skin while bathing, blur censor using toilet & females no nude while bathing on community lots

I have run into an issue with the bathing, several sims wear bottoms while bathing on community lot, it seems to be only the female sims right now. I also had a male elder sim go fully nude but have a black and white penis before bathing and sims seem to be getting random sensor blurs while toileting which i thought were just the kids and done as a permanent setting for children only but i have also had it were teen- elder sims sitting on the toilet have a blur too.

Broken penis mod/skin tone.....also looks like cc flagged for nude.If you have S4S load it up in My CC and unflag it.
