stuck in the pool

currently I have 2 sims stuck in a swimming pool treading water and the refuse to come out. I've tried a soft reset and even Nisa's teleport 

and get this error report, can anyone figure out how to correct this issue since I don't want to lose them.

The exception regards your failed teleport attempt, so it's not related to the issue you're experiencing. By the way, if you have cheats enabled, you can just shift-click on some piece of ground to teleport around - no need for additional mods.

Anyway, if your Sims refuse to do anything, load another household. Play for a bit and maybe invite those "stuck" Sims over.

If other households are also affected by this issue, you'll have to take a closer look at your script mods. Update everything and don't forget the game itself (most patch-related problems have been fixed by the creators already). If that still doesn't do the trick, it's time for "50/50".

update, got the sims out of the pool as you suggested, but the pool is useless, and one who uses it gets stuck, guess I'll have to wait for sims4communitylib version 1.44
