Non-Stop Boob Jiggle Problem With Armors/Clothings Which Uses CBBE Bodysliders

I've been using hdt-smp and CBBE SMP (3BBB) without any issue except sudden fps drops (A fps drop froms 60fps to 10fps) and in order to solve that issue permanently instead of keep writing "smp reset" to console whenever it happens, i also installed CBPC and CBBE 3BBB (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/30174) in order to arrange which physic will player character use, to arrange that npcs will not use smp.

However, even though i've reached to a satisfying result, armors and clothings which use CBBE bodyslider had an isssue which causes the boob part to jiggle non-stop left and right whatever my character does (Even if she's stationary)

I've tried several things in order to solve the issue but it only gets solved when i disable or uninstall CBPC.

As a person who does not have much experience in modding, i believe that the problem is caused by a conflict between CBBE SMP and CBPC but it does not make sense since I don't encounter any issue if the character is naked or wearing armors/clothes that does not have a CBBE Bodyslider.

So, im stuck with this issue and need the wisdom of modding veterans. Any help or advise regarding to the jiggle problem or generally physics mods is appreciated.

I've had the same issue with CBPC enables as well on that body when using A Barbaric armor mod. I'm not really sure what the deal is, I just have it disabled as now. Figuring this out would be appreciated though!
