When I select my sim to play, after the loading screen the game returns me to the world selector

Looks like your versions of Nisa's Wicked Pervs and Basemental Drugs are a little out of date. The recent game patch probably broke quite something anyway, so I'd suggest updating the game and all mods to their latest versions, once mod updates are available (might take a day or two for some mods).
