So yes from i've understood advanced adult modding of from software titles is extremely difficult, but question remains is it impossible? Could it be that through hard work we could finally fuck Ornifex, fuck Dancer, or even get boob job from Smough himself, all we have are texture mods

Skyrim is -> way and should not be used as a barrier to judge any other game on the market for moddability. Skyrim and Fallout have achieved things no other games can even come close to. Dark souls won't come anywhere near it. So as @Wish Upon a Star said, just play Skyrim. The best thing I can say is, pay a skyrim modder and have the characters you mentioned modded into the game, use sexLab, and fuck em to your hearts content. As that is honestly your only option.
