I was wondering if there was a nude mod of if someone could make one similar to the image below for Kassandra from Assassin's Creed Odyssey? 

 

I don't think she get's enough love and being naked would be pretty exhilarating.

use resorep and its mods they are good

Regardless, it is impossible to add any new mesh into the game.The mods made until now used hex editing to work.

where the hell did you get that idea from? most mods use forger patch manager or Resorep

From the forger patch creator, Hypermorphic. As the forger mods are packed hex edits of the game. It is the only known way, since Ubisoft provides no support.

Ah, i just hope someday that ubisoft skip their terrible engines namely Anvil and Dunia and start using something less convoluted.
