Mod Organiser not recognising game version

I patched my game from v1.10.82 up to v1.10.163 in order to be able use mods that won't work on the older version, however, when I try to run F4SE loader(6.21) from MO2 I get the following message:

 

Mod Configuration Menu

     Your game version: V1.10.163.0

     Expected game version: v1.10.82.0

     Mod Configuration Menu will be disabled.

 

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but the problem persists. Does anyone have a solution?
