Gagged and can't speak

I was going through the slaverun reloaded quest and doing slave training but when when Belethor put's his devices on me, he gags me. This prevents me from speaking to the slaver and i can't continue with the quest. What am i supposed to do?

I'm not good with SRR, but if you use DDi 4+ and you got a ball gag equipped you can use paper + quill + ink well to still be able to talk.

Just add them with additemmenu or console to your inventory. Or steal them somewhere!

Warning: every new conversation will consume one paper roll.
