Settlement attacks dont despawn body after sometime ?

I have several settlements that have had several attacks from multiple enemies but the bodies dont remove themself aftersome time making too many dead body arround is their a way to get rid of them ?

I don't know why they won't despawn but you can open console and click on a body and type disable than hit enter and repeat this for each one, or try the mod "scrap everything" it allows bodies to be scrapped. To prevent further corpse build up you could try the mod "No settlement attacks" that is unless for some reason you actually like having to drop what  you're doing to go save a settlement half way across the map than repair everything afterwards. Also if you don't have it I would suggest the mod "better console" if you chose to go with the disable corpses route.

If you have place anywhere installed, you should be able to hit the insert key and scrap them, do be aware that will allow you to scrap anything, so take care when using it, and always hit insert again after doing what you want to do.
