wickedwhims not working

Hi ,

i just updated my game and whims mod but the setting never pop up when i click and the mod is not working. i keep getting exceptions for something that i cant find in my files.  i delete and redownload things and it still is not fixed. could you help me figure out what i am doing wrong, these are some of the exceptions that keep popping up.

i did update it  before i downloaded anything  i deleted the whole game and everything

That's not what your Exception File says.
