No. Is the short answer The only male followers I know that have ever had any sort of interaction with SL mods have been apart of another Mod are Bishop from Romance, as you mentioned and another who's name escapes me (to be honest I had to look up who Bishop was so it's not like I found him memorable) from one of the sex slavery quest mods. Don't recall the name of it now, the quest part wasn't my thing but it did end with you getting a custom voiced male follower who would make comments about your character and demand sex every now and again. I've not seen any others released. To be fair, when it comes to custom voiced male followers I can only think of two decent ones, Inigo and Lucien.
