Trying to port a mod

So basically there's this LE mod that I want in SE and its quite an important mod to me. Basically what it does is let you pass lvl 81 and go to like lvl 347 and even further. The entire mod is just 1 ESP and nothing else at all and yet I'm struggling to get this thing to properly work.
