I'm having this same issue and found another thread on here about the issue as well! It's caused by Racemenu for sure, for some reason switching between presets cause it, I don't know why but it does.

But I have this bug even with not edited character in new game.

Hi guys, sorry to ressurect older posts, but since this is an issue that can potentially ruin a save, I'll share my two cents:

This happens if you load a preset that makes reference to missing *femalebody_1_s.dds files (normally a preset containing estrusfemalebody_1_s.dds references). It does not matter if you never had the mod (actually if you have it the issue won't manifest), but once you load a preset with this reference, it will mess your scripts. It will even "jump" to other saves, because it apparently borks the running SKSE scripts.

After installing Proteus (check it out, it is amazing!), I started to notice this more, because now I could load presets in NPCs. Reverting to old saves (after rebooting the game) solves the issue, but if you replace the .skse co-save of a borked file with the one of a good file, the issue goes away. No guarantee that you will not screw something else (I suspect you probably will), but the glossy skin will be over.

Here is my post detailing my saga: https://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/9733058-project-proteus/page-169#entry92845253
