UE4 games are as yet generally unmoddable unless the developers specifically make them moddable. So, no. No hope.

Many UE4 games is moddable. Conan Exiles,  Soul Calibur have nude mod.  The entire game is in first person with ugly female model and the only time you see your character is in inventory screen. There is not much incentive for modding.

If you need incentive how about female NPC and underarmor mod for the PC?  I mean I remove armor I expect nude, and with the female NPC's topless works.

O, o  well wow I was actually surprised.  Long time ago I was actually holding out on buying this for the PC just because I remembered how skyrim changed gaming with mods.

 

With the trailer that this game had I practically expected it to be flooded with nude mods, but yikes... I guess it made sense to hold off till I looked here first.

I understood nothing on the nexus possibly, but nothing on here for outerworlds PC version?  WOW.  Now I've seen everything.
