a new game with great potential for mod

The game is called Isles of Adalar. It is beta even. It is like skyrim but the good thing is that it supports creating houses and buildings too. It is like skyrim, but better to be able to create houses. if these we can modify them by others from other games (dbz type , naruto, the witcher, ectrr), the game will be with impressive mods), and also the characters. hopefully someone will start to remove mods from this game soon
