i was too focused on women being the problem to ever have considered men. I have learned a valuable lesson.

in addition, although not shown, fixing this also fixed the issue of my character having jiggle physics tied to his pecs.

still having infinite loading screen on a majority new saves though, the last working new save was hours ago. in addition the body of Nora's shaunfeeders does indeed stay "floofy" until after the vault.
