Sexlab sexual framework is the one you are looking for.  Other mods have to hook into it to provide any results.

You mean, as a requirement? What's the name of the other mods?

It doesn't have any in game effects on its own.  You look for mods with a soft or hard dependency on it that utilize it such as Slaverun or Sexlab Survival.  There are definitely others but I couldn't give you a comprehensive list. Just look at other mods that seem appealing and look to see if they say on their description pages that they use the framework.
