Orientation or Rotation for Floor Animations?

For floor animations, can you control the direction that sims face during them?  It is a bit annoying that I can't control which direction my sims face while the animation is playing. 

 

I feel like there should be a way to control that at least for floor animations

Far as I know that can't be controlled.
