For some reason I'm not able to do anything in regards to using the WickedWhims mod, because whenever I go into select anything, whether it be a person in the area or any other thing, there seems to be something missing that would allow me to select someone, can you please respond quickly and help me.

Assuming your game and WW are both updated to latest versions....

 

UICheats mod sometimes causes this so remove and check for updates.

I think the last one was 1.19 unless the last skintones game patch 1.67 broke it again.

Tried what you said and it worked, thank you, I'm gonna try searching for a new UI Cheats version a little bit later, thanks again mate.
