Virt-A-Mate is not exactly a game but it might suit your needs. You can take the POV of any character. It's more of a scene creator with tons of character creation options and an active community. Unfortunately, the best user content is behind a paywall, but there's still a lot of good free resources to play with.

I'm guessing since you're on the lab you've already tried it, but yeah, modded Skyrim lets you be a woman in VR, and have sex like that.

 

Admittedly, a lot of its mods are of the S&M and/or rape-y variety, but there's a handful of purely consensual mods like SLEN and Lovers Romance. And if you don't mind that kind of thing, there's a ridiculous amount of mods that are built around having sex with a female protagonist with varying levels of consent (SL Approach, Lovers Comfort, Solutions, Radiant Prostitution etc.) and of course, all the straight up non-con content you get from things like Naked Defeat, Adventures, etc.

 

There's also Butthesda, which I haven't tried or looked into much myself, but as I understand it, it lets you connect vibrators to skyrim sex scenes, as well as Himbo+Schlongs of Skyrim and other male body overhauls to get your guys looking how you like them.

3dxchat is quite nice for female players imho. The vr interactions are lacking though, there are no hand interactions, gameplay is the same as non vr.

Also, it is a subscription service, but one that has monthly cancelable variants.

One thing that is both positive and negative is that you play with other human players, so your enjoyment is very dependent on what players you find.

You also really need to be able to type blind or have a headset with an passthrough mode, as you type text via keyboard, there wasn't any vr text input method last time I tried it.

If you like the idea of taking Anime-like characters and make them super-realistic, Fallen Doll: Operation Lovecraft is pretty amazing. 

It's true that it has a very sci-fi atmosphere, but you can experience many sex poses with both females and male partners.
