Were there any agreements between you two? The only thing I saw you talking about was the "NOTD mod enabler" that is uploaded on Nexus and is free for everyone. Your codes here don't work anymore, while the one on Nexus works.

if there wasn't a difference between a free mod being shared and a paywalled one being shared then you wouldn't need to reply like this at all dude.  side note maybe don't exhibit behavior you accuse others of engaging in yes?

I have modded games for thirty years, it is a free community, period. new people come along charging for there hobby then cry about all the hate they receive. It is fine to get tips and subs for support, but paywall is for pigs. Modding involves millions, makers and user, around the world and has been been around longer than most kids have been alive. It is a culture with etiquette and best practices.

Having a paywall for mods to games you don't own is scummy. I don't know how hard it is to mod but if you are doing a patreon to fund your modding hobby make videos on how you mod or sneak peeks on projects and early access but then put them out for free after a few weeks. Unless the creators of the game give permission to put a paywall  for modding their game you can't and they might be reported and taken down. Plus $10 to get access to FrancisLouis patreon, Rediculous. There are Sims modders that just ask for a $1 and they do a lot then just nude mods, but also scripting and animating. They then put there mods up to download for free after a month.

But somehow, the game got "worse"...
I dunno how to discribe it, but I've played a "Russian Demo Version" (if you know what I mean) about five years ago...

I really enjoyed it so far and played it for at least two or three weeks-
Of course, I put it on my steam wishlist...

Just about a couple of months ago, it was finally on a very good sale, so I bought it for a replay.

It sucked now.

If you just played it recently, you can't see the difference...
...but as a returning player, I'm extremely dissapointed now.

But I have no ideo, at which point they messed it up, but it felt like a disaster.

If I'm not mistaken, the devs switched the engine at some point and in some way, that may be the reason, but ehh...

Maybe that's why a lot of people left it for good.

The thing i hated about the Dev of the game is that he saw that there was a demand for clothing for the character in the game, so he made an excuse that he was going to work on the clothing in order to improve on it & that there was going to be a lot more nice clothing for players to enjoy so he removed the clothing for the game in order to supposedly work on the design for better looking, BUT he turns around & makes clothing that the player MUST BUY in order to acquire them though they are few clothing options that he released for people to buy, when people started complaining about what he had done & that he was only interested in milking the players of their money, he ended further development of the game since he was no longer making money from what he had done.

 

Since then i personally decided to never buy anything including & future games that this developer ever makes anymore cause if his done it once then he for sure will try to do it again.

Whats version u was playing on n got that clothing problems with devs? The game was buy one time then get everything in game... Sadly nobody but da Francisco only can mod this game... The devs don't give more updates anymore because the game been out 1.0 n they ran out of ideas.. u gonna have to wait for months for a hotfix or simple update.
