I have "Sorry, You Aren't Permitted To Download This File"

I'm not sure if this is the right section to post this.

I have this message on a particular user's files. I don't have this happening on any files other users have posted. Only this particular user. I am wondering why. I feel that it's something flagged on his end that somehow is affecting me, because I always see that other users have been able to download those files. But it's only this user's files. All other users are fine.

Just search button "join club" and it will be fine

I have button "leave club". You should see the button "join club" somewhere there.
