On this site, Hilandwhatchapackin slider.  Or you can search for NarciCC's slider.  They will create a different size, depending on which pants or full body outfit you use.  The sliders also work on  Kokuosims jockstrap, JulieJ's brief, boxer brief, jeans, and gym shorts.

It's been done for females, and works great with almost all feminine bottoms. I had to change it from a bottom to an accessory. If you could make one for males, that would be beyond amazing.
