This was made by me and I been working on this for some time. Unfortunately I'm still adding on to this lot. So if you see empty spaces it's because I am stuck on what I want to add in those empty spaces. This Is my visual concept of a Futuristic Lot from futuristic inspired Movies and T.V Series. A little bit of future mixed with Present Day.

 

Nothing is honestly require except.....

So everything before Discover University is also required

 

Everything I am using for this Lot, is in the Download. So please don't ask where do I find this and that because I'm just gonna lead you straight back to here where it says....................

The only thing that will be missing is an older version of WW and animations for University.

The Lot Is placed in Del Sol Valley right next to inner Circle residential 

The Directions on how to use the tube teleporter is found here https://modthesims.info/d/612580/tube-teleporter.html if you don't want it, you can take it out. Mostly just using it for my Sim robots as a charging stand for decoration.

Thanks, been working on it for quite some time now. I actually wanted it to look less Sims and more like something like a secret agent type game where there is crime fighting going on and people betting on fight matches in the fight room you see in the screen shots. Also the real girls you see in the bathhouse would Verse the A.I Girls in the middle building which is one big company they are trying to shut down because they where taking there Jobs and there men. You pretty much get where this is going and a bit of a cleche but yea I just wanted to create a Story and something less Sims Even tho I like the Sims. I want to create my own Games but I just need to get in touch with the right people and need more skills in a bunch of stuff people do on here like Animating, modding, character build, story build, you get the picture.

thats really cool! i'm glad you went that direction. the whole lot feels immersive and special. I really like the A.I vs real girls idea too, makes for some really sexy moments.

Yep, there is that and more. There is set aside stories for this Lot that I want that involves a poor guy who is actually not poor at all lol because I bless him as you can see in the screenshots in that area with the mattress, and then there is an Asian women with all sorts of tattoos who is trying to join forces with a fake Mandalorian creed lol which are just Ex Soldiers. She has to prove her worth that she is able to protect herself because women aren't allowed in that creed she mostly would try to enter a fight in the underground fight pit you see in the screenshots. She would be the first and other women follow behind her after she is accepted into the creed, Then there is also the samurai guys and girls blah blah, and then crazy scientist involved with A.I and that Portal you see on the top idk yet but it makes the lot interesting to just tour around.
