1, why on earth Nexus download speed barely 50kbps?

I haven't modded for over a year, coming back to start from scratch (previously LE, now SSE)... and that download speed is making me just wanna... (╯°□°）╯︵ ┻━┻

SMIM will take >12 hours to download! WTF!

 

2, where is 9DM? I can't seems to find the link anymore, weird why none of the search engine gave me results.

I used to have an account there I think I'd just grab things over there instead of Nexus...

I aware that site previously keep changing domain for whatever reason...

There's no issue if you have a premium membership. Most of the bandwidth is reserved for paying user members. It's well worth it to have a yearly membership. However, if you're experiencing slow speeds, I would look at an issue with your service provider. I used to be a free member and even although the speed was capped at 1 MBPS, I always had it reach that for download speed.
