So under "what's new" it says Chloe Khan, which makes it seem like she's available for download.

But your files only have  Felicia VS Morrigan and something called Dickman.

 

Kit Mercer is pretty clearly labeled as a Patreon-exclusive download, and everything under the Sims Custom banner is "early access", so where do I download everything else? It's not very clear what is on Loverslab, if anything.

This site is becoming a big advert for Patreon "Exclusive" created Sims it is annoying having to navigate through the adverts to find actual updates. The practice appears to be that certain creators update their files without actually changing anything, bumping their posts to the top.
