I watched a friend play it online and we saw some newb pussies complaining how difficult it is, had a lot of fun watching them get pawned all the time HAHA.

One of the VERY FEW games that require skill to play.

I think Tri is a tad more difficult than Ultimate since Utimate has some overpowered armor and weapons especially the Brachydios ones.

Well Tri didn't have GRank quests and the online quests were not scalable when soloing so yeah, Tri is harder.

The subspecies and rare species are insanely difficult though.

Lucent Nargacuga, Abysal Lagiacrus and Hungry Deviljho, ESPECIALLY HUNGRY DEVILJHO! It's the bane of my existence xD.

Speaking of which what's up with the whole subspecies and rarespecies thing?

To me they just look like reskins of the normal ones then just added new moves, I mean WTF Capcom!? There are what, only two new monsters Brachydios and the last boss, forgot the name. They're really running out of ideas, stop being lazy Capcom HAHA

Forgot to mention the whole charm table thing. They should've stick with Tri's but nooo, they want it to be different. It will definitely suck if you're stuck with a crappy charm table.

This video pretty much explains how the charm table works. It also teaches you a trick on how to know what charm table you're on, all thanks to our fellow hunters over at Japan

It's in German but has english subs so you should turn the captions on.

Saw this one over at CapcomCommunity.

 

 

The following is an example of how to get to table 10 (T10), use the time list for a different table.

- Turn off your wireless settings.
- Make the date 1-21-2012
- T10 is "0hours 14minutes 44seconds" so to aim for that
- Set the time at 0hours 13minutes
- Once you get to the NEWGAME screen, wait there for 1minute and 44seconds
- The table gets decided the moment you select "Yes" when the game asks if you really want to create a New Game.

The following are the times for each table

Turns out I was at T5, not bad but I prefer the god charms at T10 so I had to start over from scratch.

No biggie since it's really fun to play xD.

The wiki hasn't even completed all the datas about the game. It's gonna be a pain making custom armor combinations or calculating damage formulas without it.

I don't even mind if 3U only has a few changes, I'll still get it.

I have the one for PSP, and that's all I'm getting until it comes out on PC.

MH tri was awesome played it until rank 96 and it goes to rank 999.

 

But many cheaters are on the old tri version, need the Wii U first then I stick with you all.

 

Such a great game must be buyed.

I played the original MH but they pissed me off when they released the others on PSP only and then Tri only on the WII and I think they finally released it on PS3 but I still think the PS3 is to expensive even after this long I have better things to spend that much money on.
