[Search] Paddle/Crop weapon resource for a bondage themed mod

Hi. I'm looking for a custom weapon model and sound that I could use in spanking scenes in a mod I've been making. I would prefer not to add huge packs like ZAP as requirements. Does anyone know a mod or a pack that permits redistribution containing something like that? Any and all info appreciated.
