MCCC + Woohoo module has both incest and teen romance settings made for vanilla romance & woohoo. And also a 'no strings' woohoo setting that doesn't require sims to be romantic. It's a global setting so it works on all sims in game. They are disabled by default so you have to enable them in woohoo settings.
