cursed loot Cursed Loot Devices appear not equipped and unremovable

Hi, I'm having a problem with Deviously Cursed Loot 8.5, since this problem never occurred in 8.4 before. Basically, when a Cursed Loot event occurs, some items that are supposed to be marked as equipped appear as unequipped, which makes it impossible to remove them. I tried using the Safeword debug option, but it only removes the items marked as equipped. Even tried reinstalling the mod and Devious Device, but the same problem just keep happening again. Can somebody tell me how to fix this?

which items ? and do they show up in your inventory at all ?

Any item that is a devious device and is in Cursed Loot pool in fact. They do show up in my inventory, but appear as unequipped, and I cannot manually equip them, since it keep saying that another item is preventing you from equipping. I can drop those items but I cannot find them on the ground .

I'm having this same issue but my items are not in inventory,  so I cannot equip any collars or chastity devices.
