Just depends on what color you use to show this. This is what I'm doing on my character with Red Eye Shadow. Darker Color will make it look like an Eye Bag.

(at least you can figure out how to do what you want with this example) Spoiler And you don't have to work with Photoshop. You can find lighter counterparts for working with dds format files. You can even find online editors for this. add: File "femalehead_msn" can be used for a specific race.
