The SE port is here on LL However, the the file for LE/Oldrim version (the one I used) is on GomaPeroPero's tumblr and twitter account. I think I downloaded the mod from his tumblr (https://gomaperopero.tumblr.com/) Im fairly certain I used V4 for the screenshots, but the site is mostly in Japanese. You might find more recent version if you do some digging. Sorry for the late reply. College and shit. Hope this helps!
