Was hoping to get a quick answer from this section, but yeah, you are right, gonna give it a shot.

The mod is called Goma Pero Land. I don't believe it's on Nexus. The SE port is here on LL

 

However, the the file for LE/Oldrim version (the one I used) is on GomaPeroPero's tumblr and twitter account. I think I downloaded the mod from his tumblr (https://gomaperopero.tumblr.com/) Im fairly certain I used V4 for the screenshots, but the site is mostly in Japanese. You might find more recent version if you do some digging.
