I'm a little confused as how to do this. I've read a guide but things seem to be different and i'm quite sure i'm not doing it right. So Some help would be welcome.

Instead of FOMM, you can better use newer tools. Like Mod Organizer 2 or Vortex.

The SexoutNG install guide is quite old.

Other than that, what is confusing?

Also blatant self-advertisement, but I think my guide below is pretty good.
