[REQUEST] Papyrus script similar to Shadow Warrior perk or alternative

Putting together a mod series that I'll compile later of daedric powers.
I'm making one that's supposed to make you completely invisible for a second or two.
Upon making it, I've found that the invisible effect doesn't make you invisible at all.
You look invisible but you never really dissapear in the sights of another npc.
Any way to accomplish this would be a great help.

That seems to be a Skyrim thing, maybe try combining it with an illusion magic effect?

Didn't work unfortunately 
I tried stacking muffle, invisibility and vampiric invisibility on top of each other

Additionally; I tried to add shadowwarriorperk to its own lesser power

That didn't work either

Whenever I use stealth or an 'Escape' Potion, it doens't seem to work either.. silly Skyrim.
