Missing MCM's

So I am missing a few MCM's some of which I know I'm missing and some of which I probably don't. waiting for them doesn't work, using set stage ski doesn't work, and saving and reloading doesn't work. I do have a way of getting them to register though, that is by disabling them, entering the game saving, and then reenabling them. So my question is, is there an easy way to check what MCM's i am missing. Like a tool that lists what mcm's should pop up or something.
