Nipple piercing visibly on character but nothing in inventory

So my character currently has nipple rings on and the events trigger and it says I can only have 1 pair equipped at a time. BUT, they dont actually exist in my inventory or anywhere, and all of the debugging options dont get rid of it either. Does anyone have a suggestion on how to get rid of them?

That's because DDI is what it is. Check the slot settings in DDI MCM.

There is no MCM for DDI. Just Devious Devices. I believe the SSE version of DD combines the 3 into 1. And making all of the slots in "devices underneath" be "None" does not remove the piercings.
