Sims Skills and aspirations level up by themselves?

Whenever I start a new household, whether it's the Basemental aspirations or the base game aspirations, they all level up by themselves really quick. Also skills are going up to level 10 and I literally have only played with the household for like 2 minutes. Anything that could be causing this?

Are you using saved sims from the gallery?

If yes try to create new sims from scratch in CAS.

 

Do you have any other mods that change the skill speeds?
