Noir Penis Mod Not Working

Hello folks! I've been having a problem with Wicked Whims ever since I reinstalled it (I wiped my mod folder and then started over), specifically Noir's pornstar cock mod. Every time I download it (which has been three times ever since I got it again), it says that the Sims 4 is damaged or missing. And I know this is the cause because when I uninstall it, I'm able to play it. I know that this mod has worked in the past, since I've had it and it worked perfectly. Is it out of date, does it just not work with a certain mod, or could it be something else? Hopefully this isn't just a thing I can't actually use, since I love the models. Any help would be appreciated!

I had this issue at first. I had to delete all of those picture icons, then put the other items (penis size folders,etc) in one folder (the main noir folder)... it's tedious, but it made it work.. all of the files were all over the place therefore, organizing it, will work. ONLY DELETE THE PICTURES IN THE FOLDER; ALL ICONS.
